The Online Purchase Order form below, is provided for schools and other educational
institutions that have previously purchased from us. Once you have filled out this order form and clicked on the
'Next' button, the following will happen:
- A summary of your order will appear on the next screen before you submit this order.
- A member of our friendly sales team will then contact you via e-mail (usually within 2 working
days)
to confirm your order and details, provide a quote for shipping costs (if applicable), and
advise you of your terms for payment.
PLEASE NOTE: All customer details must be filled.You must supply an e-mail
address for us to contact you.
If you are a first time customer, we require that you download our order form and fax it to

How to Order
ONLINE PURCHASE ORDER
1. Complete Order Form
(a) Complete all fields: a phone number and email
address are mandatory.
(b) Shipping/Freight rates: Prices do not include freight charges since rates for delivery
to different parts of the United Kingdom vary and are invoiced as a separate item.
Packages are shipped by Courier. Small items may be shipped by Royal Mail. Due to
variable shipping fuel surcharges, rates are subject to change. Up to date shipping

4. Delivery
Every endeavour is made to dispatch orders the same day they are received. Please allow 3
working days for deliveries to remote areas.
5. Payment
Please pay within 30 days from date of invoice. Payment method details can be found in
